We are seeking a highly skilled Tester/Dataset Maker/Prompter to join our dynamic team working on a cutting-edge AI project.

As a Prompter, you will play a pivotal role in creating, maintaining, and testing datasets for our AI models. Additionally, you will be responsible for testing AI model performance, tuning prompts, and developing prompts for AI applications. Your contribution is vital in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and user experience of our AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Test modern AI software.
• Prepare and maintain high-quality datasets for AI model training and testing.
• Develop and implement test cases to validate AI model performance.
• Test AI models to ensure they meet the desired performance criteria.
• Tune prompts to optimize AI agents output.
• Develop prompts for AI applications to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and rectify issues in datasets, test cases, AI models, and prompts.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data generation, testing, AI model evaluation, prompt tuning, and prompt development.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tester, Dataset Maker, Prompter, or in a similar role within the AI or machine learning domain.
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Tester.
• Proficiency in data generation tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with AI model testing and validation methodologies.
• Strong interest in AI and machine learning, with a focus on prompt tuning and development.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English (at least B2).

Nice to have

• Fluency in Russian.
