Quadcode is an international multi-brand product company majoring in fintech. We run 9 projects in investment, banking and SaaS, each one being a think tank for industry-unique products: the next-gen trading platform, neobanking, proprietary trading and education, and more.

Now we are looking for a PPC Specialist to join our Traffic Acquisition team. Platforms used: Google ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads.

This position can be based in any of the following countries: Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Moldova.

Tasks in the role:

  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize existing marketing campaigns (Search, UAC, PMax, Display campaigns) by analyzing key metrics;
  • Performance Evaluation: Thoroughly analyze reports and metrics to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns;
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and development teams, to align optimization efforts with overarching business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and branding;
  • Monitoring and Alerts: Set up monitoring systems and alerts to identify and address campaign issues in real-time;
  • Collaborate with the team to develop hypotheses for new marketing campaigns, creatives, and other testing initiatives; Utilize data-driven insights and industry best practices to formulate informed strategies.


  • At least 2 years of experience in the similar role;
  • Analytical Skills: The candidate should possess strong analytical skills to assess and interpret data effectively. They must be able to discern what strategies work and what doesn't, along with the ability to analyze why certain outcomes occur;
  • Proficiency in understanding and working with key metrics such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Investment (ROI), Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Conversion Rate (CR). The candidate should have a deep understanding of how these metrics impact decision-making and strategies;
  • A solid understanding of Google algorithms is essential. The candidate should be able to optimize campaigns, work with audience targeting, and understand how conversions are tracked and optimized within Google Ads;
  • Proficiency in using additional tools to facilitate analytical work. This may include but is not limited to spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and reporting, as well as other analytics and visualization tools;
  • Ability to draw actionable insights from data and present findings clearly. The candidate should be capable of creating reports and dashboards to communicate data-driven recommendations effectively;
