About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Partner Representative to join our Partner Acquisition team, which is responsible for attracting new partners. These activities include negotiations, guiding partners through the installation flow, and collaborating with other departments to achieve the goal of connecting partners to our platform.

As a Business Partner Representative, you will be responsible for managing relationships with customers and providing sales support. You will also interact with various teams and individuals within the organization, including sales, marketing, customer support, and product teams.

    Responsibility

    • Account management and client communication;
    • Researching potential customers and markets, setting sales goals and objectives, and tracking sales performance.
    • Resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction;
    • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers;
    • Actively participating in sales conferences to stay updated on industry trends, network with potential clients, and represent the company's interests;
    • Organizing presentations of company products or services to key clients with the aim of promoting new products or solutions.

    Requirements

    • Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships;
    • Account management experience;
    • Good understanding of the company’s products and services, sound knowledge of the industry, and a high level of customer service;
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in self-presentation;
    • Fluency in English (at least B2+).

    Nice to have

    • Sales experience;
    • Experience in fintech;
    • Fluency in Russian.
