We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BI Analyst to join our fast-growing fintech company.

Tasks:

Create data marts for reporting purposes.
Develop Tableau reports to visualize key business metrics.
Administer Tableau resources to ensure optimal performance.
Create Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAGs) and DBT models

Build and maintain a fault-tolerant reporting system in the BI tool.
Provide high-accuracy business data to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processes.
Maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of your work.

Requirements:

Proficiency in SQL, including abilities in window functions, query optimizations, and methods for working with arrays and JSON.
Advanced level of proficiency in Tableau.
Experience with Airflow, DBT, Python, Data Structure, and GIT.
Fluency in both Russian and English languages.
