We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (iGaming and Betting, B2B) to join our Partner Developing team. The team responsible for customer development and retention oversees the entire customer journey after the initial payment. Their goal is to quickly elevate the brand and increase monthly recurring revenue (MRR). They focus on building strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Their efforts are aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, which are key factors in achieving business growth and success.

We are seeking a candidate with experience in customer relationship management and business development. You must be a proactive and energetic individual who is ready to take on challenges and find new ways to develop client relationships.

As a BDM, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle targeting iGaming and Betting clients worldwide. We offer our proprietary software, encompassing licensed products tailored for diverse markets. We oversee critical processes such as the dealing desk, anti-fraud measures, provider connections, and more. The client's primary focus is on driving traffic and providing support to clients on the platform.

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams and individuals within the organization to achieve business goals:

  • Sales Team: Ensure the successful onboarding of new clients and identify opportunities for upselling new features and services.
  • Marketing Team: Develop strategies aimed at increasing customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Product Team: Provide insights and feedback from clients regarding feature requests or product improvements.
  • Customer Support Team: Collaborate to ensure clients receive timely and effective support when needed.

The candidate needs to be able to communicate effectively with individuals from different teams and backgrounds to ensure the success of their role. The tasks go through video meetings, Slack, and Asana. We operate according to the EET time zone.

Tasks in the role

  • Prospecting for new clients around the world and closing deals;
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers;
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers;
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects;
  • Establish the working process of the Customer Success Department, which involves defining success metrics, determining the target number of clients per manager, approving the workflow with clients, the perspective of development, and the mechanics of evaluating the department’s work.
  • Measure the NPC rate of current clients who are being connected and propose a plan to increase this NPC;
  • Create a workflow for working with the product and development teams so that features from current clients are included in the backlog, expedited, and there is a clear flow for implementing these features.
    The main metric during the probationary period is the launch time of the new brand, which should not exceed 2.5 months, excluding the deployment of the affiliate module.


  • We are specifically looking for a person with experience in selling B2B SaaS products in the gambling and betting industry.
  • Research and analysis: The candidate must possess strong research skills to identify relevant SEO agencies, publishers, and industry trends. Analytical skills are necessary for interpreting data gathered from various sources and deriving actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with project management tools: Proficiency in using project management platforms like Asana is crucial for managing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring efficient collaboration with team members.
  • Data analysis: Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and techniques will enable the candidate to work effectively with the data analytics department and utilize client data to inform decision-making.
  • Digital marketing knowledge: A basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and online advertising, will help the candidate identify the right partners and make informed decisions regarding marketing strategies.
  • Industry-specific knowledge: Familiarity with the B2B Fintech and gambling sectors will enable the candidate to better understand the target audience, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, ultimately leading to more effective marketing and partnership efforts.
  • Communication tools proficiency: The candidate should be comfortable using communication tools such as email, video conferencing platforms, and messaging apps to efficiently collaborate with team members and communicate with external partners.
  • Fluency in English (at least C1).
